Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered simultaneously;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last good, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so via email: SUPPORT@Denaluxe.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have either:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods,
    whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
