What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two stages:

  1. Processing time
    Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

  2. Shipping time

    Shipping is handled by [the largest postal carrier in your country].

All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.


What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.


Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click “Track Your Order” in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.


My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
If the tracking number still does not show any updates after several days, please contact our customer service team.
